We supply value added potatoes (chips, french fries, wedge, lyonnaise, home fries), fruits, vegetables, and cereals. Our items are freshly sourced from farms in different parts of the country. We only import few items that are locally unavailable. The company boasts a robust supply chain that helps us handle bulk orders at any time as per the customers’ demands. Moreover, we have adequate and well-established logistic system to serve our customers. This includes refrigerated trucks and motorbikes for deliveries. We specialize in fresh vegetables and fruits sourced directly from trusted farms and suppliers. Availability may vary depending on season and supply.

2. How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website, WhatsApp, or by calling our customer support line. Simply select your items, confirm your location, and make payment to complete the order.

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Orders within Nairobi CBD placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery (Mon–Sat). Orders outside the CBD may take longer depending on rider availability.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MPESA and card payments via secure gateways. Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

5. What if my produce arrives damaged or not fresh?

We take freshness seriously. If you receive unsatisfactory produce, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.

6. Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, a minimum order may apply depending on your delivery location. Details will be shared when placing your order.

7. How do I keep my fruits and vegetables fresh after delivery?

Store leafy greens in airtight containers in the fridge, root vegetables in a cool dry place, and fruits like bananas at room temperature. Refrigerate items as soon as possible to maintain freshness.

8. Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Currently, we serve Nairobi and surrounding areas. Deliveries outside Nairobi may be considered on request, subject to availability.
