Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, depending on market fluctuations and supply conditions.
Orders & Delivery
- Orders within Nairobi CBD are eligible for same-day delivery (Mon–Sat).
- Orders outside Nairobi CBD are fulfilled based on rider availability and may take longer.
- Minimum order requirements may apply and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Payments
We accept MPESA and card payments through secure gateways. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Freshness & Handling
Our produce is intended for immediate consumption or proper storage. Customers are encouraged to refrigerate or consume fruits and vegetables promptly to maintain freshness. Novelgreen Stores is not liable for spoilage resulting from delayed collection or improper storage after delivery.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or unsatisfactory produce, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery for a possible replacement or store credit (subject to review).
